Load separation systems utilize belt conveyors and stepped structures to efficiently separate stacked packages. The vision recognition system identifies the location information of each package and automatically separates the space according to the thresholds set by the PLC-based intelligent control system. In this process, stacked, overlaid or sealed packages or cargoes are separated and arranged into individual units, which are then seamlessly connected through standardized processes such as sorting, scanning, and packaging.
